DEDICATED FREE WEIGHTS ROOM
Our large free weights room includes easy grip dumbbells on 2 racks that run in 2.5kg increments and an extensive range of olympic plates. Our heavy duty equipment ranges from olympic specification power rack, smiths machine, Nautalis cable crossover, plate loaded leg press and a large range of olympic bars.
