 Studio Timetable

Booking Info

1. Full Inspiration Fitness members can book studio classes up to two weeks in advance (where applicable)
2. Non members can book studio classes 3 days in advance.
3. We require 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel any class.
4. You should be arriving at least 5 minutes prior to the start of each class.
5. Please advise the instructor prior to the start of each class if you suffer from any medical condition or if you need to refrain from any element of the class activity.
6. Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn and bring a drink to keep hydrated.
7. All participants must be aged 16 or over. (Unless otherwise stated.)
8. Sometimes a class may need to be covered by a replacement instructor. This may mean that the class content may be different.

TABATA CIRCUITS

Tabata interval training is the single most effective type of high intensity interval training, its also the most intense by far, and surprisingly its the shortest in duration. These classes last just half an hour but increase muscular endurance and give high levels of fat burning.

"INSPIRATION" BOOTCAMP

Functional movements at high intensity with the aid of Kettlebells, slam balls, ViPRS, and TRX suspension trainers. It is designed in such a way the exercises change frequently from session to session testing you both physically and mentally. Can help to increase cardiorespiratory, endurance, stamina, strength, power, flexibility, speed, co-ordination, agility, balance and accuracy.

KETTLEBELLS TRAINING

Kettlebells offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness – endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance. People love it because it's challenging, efficient and you only need one piece of equipment.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS

A muscular, strength and endurance aerobics class to tone thighs, buttocks and abs. Set to music these moves will help you to sculpt and tone while having fun. Suitable for all abilities

BOXERCISE

Boxercise is a all round fitness workout, involving boxing skills, drills and conditioning. Whether your goal is to loose weight, tone up or simply have fun. Boxercise follows the methods employed in boxing as closely as possible whilst ensuring the maximum amount of safety.

STEP

High energy, heart pumping classes uses step choreography to keep you moving and grooving to the beat of the music. A fantastic way to tone, shape and lose fat. Utilizing an adjustable step, these classes bring your cardiovascular workout to new heights

EXTREME CORE

Its extreme and it core simple, except it isnt!! extreme core is half an hour of the toughest abdominal workout you've ever had, this is the way to strong, toned, six pack ab's fast.
